Great question! In fact, some tiers of our service include obtaining a home inspection report. It’s one of the ways we can offer a quality master plan while mitigating travel expenses.
A home inspection report is an assessment of your existing conditions which highlights any flaws or defects that are found. In some cases, limited recommendations may be provided.
A High Acres Property Plan goes much farther. We look at what’s right, and we work with you to plan how and when to deal with any needed improvements.
Additionally, we consider aesthetic, functional and comfort issues since they have an outsized effect on property value.
